Chamomile is a well known fragrant herb that's used to naturally treat anxiety and stress. The flowers are edible and appear as Daisies, displaying white petals that surround a yellow center. The two most popular strains are German Chamomile and Roman Chamomile, both of which can be added to teas, and used as a garnish.
The plants can range in heights of 6 inches to 12 inches and up. The aromatic blooms will attract an array of beneficial insects to the garden and can also be used as an ornamental plant in the garden or along borders.
