Squash (Winter)

Choose from a wide variety of Winter Squash seeds below. Winter Squash is a more hardened fruit, versus its sister the Summer Squash. The fruits are often times harvested for their innards, which are nutty in flavoring and can taste very much like pumpkin. Winter Squash varieties are also used as a decorative item during the Autumn season, creating a splash of colors, including yellow, green, gray, blue, orange, white and yellow.

These delicious and decorative fruits are primarily grown in the warm Summer months and are later harvested in the early fall. They can store for weeks if they are kept in the right conditions. Just make sure you have a large enough growing area when growing these beauties.
